Newly introduced maltiple rolling top brush nvented to wash hard sticking rain stain.
　　
　A new top brush with multiple rolling system.
This new top brush has invented to deal with hard sticking rain stain (water stain remain on the vehicle after rain).
　What is multiple rolling system.
Ordinary top brush with soft clot simply washes the surface of a vehicle only one direction with the same motion. But this new top brush washes the surface two different direction. One direction is forward like ordinary top brush and the other is to side direction at the same time thus making it possible to scrape the surface of a vehicle twice as many times than ordinary top brush.

One section of the top brush is 30mm thick and made of soft cloth. The pressure of the brush against the surface of a vehicle
is twice as hard as the ordinary one.		 14 pieces of round cut soft cloth forms a set and is attached to
a top brush shaft. A total of 16 sets are attached to a shaft with the angle of 20 degree against the shaft.		 This angle of 20 degree makes the top brush possible to not only turn but also shift left and right at the same time. This multiple movement improves the wash effect.

Top brush tunrs and rolls at the same time to wash off hard sticking dirt.
All the top brush elements are slanted 20 degree against the top brush shaft, and the top brush rotates swaying left and right.
　Protection of wiper blade.
Vertical sensor system with 78 photo-electric sensors detects the wiper blade at the front window and slows rotation of the top brush automatically to avoid hooking by the cloth.

Top brush dodged the rear mirror attached to the edge of rear end of a van type vehicle or SUV.。 Our original soft cloth brush has been improved for better wash effect and longer durability. To cover as much area possible, the side brush slants 5 degree against the side of a vehicle.

The side brush shift left and right at the front and rear bumper and covers whole part of both bumpers. Side mirror that can not be retracted is washed from safe distance to avoid direct touch of the side brush. Rocker brush is also slanted 8 degree against the body of a vehicle for better wash effect.
　A new stain remove system.
To remove hard sticking rain stain, a special wash program is provided. A new stain remover.
A specila chemical to remove rain stain. This chemical does not include any polishing compound that may hurt painted surface of a vehicle.

This new polymer coating system named PRISM COAT shines and
polishes the painted car body far better than our previous polymer coating. It also protect the painted body from water stain.		 Water drops on the new polymer coating : PRISM COAT comparing to the previous polymer coating. The base of the PRISM COAT is FK-2 which is already popular amoung the user of our car wash. It makes double coating of FK-2 and PRISM COAT.

This FK-2 is now very popular amoung the user of our car wash system. Ordinary wax can not protect vehicle from acid rain and ultraviolt sun ray. But FK-2 polymer coating can protect vehicle from acid rain and ultraviolet sun ray.
Rolling top blower nozzle.
This rolling top blower nozzle follows the exact figure of a vehicle according to the information from the multiple sensor system and maximize the drying effect by directing the air blower to the best position.
Double drying process at the rear trunk.
The side blower nozzle is also slanted 3 degree from
vertical position to sweep the dropped water around lower part of a vehicle.

A 175 cross beam sensor system traces the shape of a vehicle automatically and controls the movement of brushes and blower nozzle precisely. All you have to do is just to press a wash program and start button. (some vehicle with particular accessary may need to operate with extra button or manula button)

「UNDER CHASSIS WASH SYSTEM」
This under chassis wash system is independently operate from car wash machine. This system is placed at the entrance of the car wash and spray high pressed water from 6 nozzles against under body of a vehicle.
「WHEEL WASHER」
A newly developed wheel wash system catches the right position of all the wheels precisely and clean the wheels without missing.
「FOOT SHINE」
This water spray system washes mainly around the tire house and lower edge of a vehicle. FOOT SHINE operates along with car wash machine.
(This system can not exist together with WHEEL WASH)
