RACCOON |
| A simple car wash system |

| Model RACCOON has a automatic tracing system. This automatic tracing system
is controlled by sensing the pressure on the top brush and reading information
from the photo-electric sensor while car wash operation is performed. The
figure of a vehicle is memorized and refered to when the car wash proceed
the drying process. By this system, RACCOON operates effectively and safely
to perform the best expected. |
「PLIANT BRUSH」
This pliant brush we have developped is soft but very elastic.
The cut figure is star like. Each ditch holds water and chemical and evenly
scrapes along the body of a vehicle. As a result, wash effect is superb
with less noise. |

As explained above, the top blower nozzle follows the figure of the vehicle for better drying effect. The fan employed for RACCOON is 2 units of direct drive fan with 2.8kw output. The motor is small but powerfull enough to blow water drops. It is also very quiet compare to previous fan.
As option, 3.65kw fan is available. |
Operation switches are easy touch button type. To avoid accident caused
by various car accessaries such as spoiler, antenna etc., accessary button
is added to the operation panel board. It is only 3 steps to operate RACCOON.
First, accessary button (including NO ACCESSARY button), then Wash Program
button, finally START button. |

Enlarged available wash size.
The internal size of RACCOON is extended to 2310mm(w) and 2315mm(H). This
enlarged internal size has enabled to wash some of the larger vehicle like
van and SUV without any stress. |

| To prolong the life span of car wash machine, main frame is all galvanized,
side brush rail is made of aluminum and the top blower nozzle is made of
special plastic. |

「FK-2 polymer coating system」
FK-2 is a polymer coating system applied automatically by our car wash
machine. This FK-2 system is time and cost saving compare to hand application
of polymer. FK-2 is not just for bright shine and polish, it protect vehicle
body against acid rain and ultraviolet sun ray. |

「Foam plastic brush」
Spongy foam plastic brush. The touch is very soft and light.
For the driver who prefers very gentle wash. |

「Side safety system」
A safety switch is installed at the edge of
the car wash machine prevents accident
from happening by stopping car wash upon touching this switch. |

「VO speciial pliant brush」
Brush density is up by 20% than standard pliant brush and wash result better
than the standard brush. |

「Car width detection system」
This is a safety system to prevent the car wash from hitting vehicle during
operation when a large vehicle has entered or a vehicle is positioned not
straight. |

「Under chassis wash system」 （Independent operation type）
High pressure water is sprayed from 6 nozzles and wash off dirtsticking
to underchassis of a vehicle. This system is operated independently from
car wash. |

「Wheel wash system」
In the same process of washing vehicle, each 4 weels can be washed with
the brush made exclusively for wheel wash and add an extra value. (Not
available with FOOT SHINE） |
