This system helps to remove water stain (stain remain after a rain) by
special chemical and brushing and shorten the time spent for cleaning hard
sticking water stain. |

| This new polymer coating system named PRISM COAT shines and polishes the
painted car body far better than our previous polymer coating. It also
protect the painted body against water stain. |

| This FK-2 is now very popular amoung the user of our car wash system. |
Ordinary wax can not protect the painted vehicle body from acid rain and
ultra-violet sun ray. |
But FK-2 polymer coating can protect the painted vehicle body from acid
rain and ultra-violet sun ray. |

To adjust the movement of the top brush, side brush and the blower nozzle
precisely and safely, a groupe of accessary button is provided to the operation
board. Operator first select a(or more) accessary button described on the
operation board, then wash program and start button. All these buttons
are easy touch button. |

The top brush traces the shape of a vehicle and move up and down along
with the figure of a vehicle with the best washing pressure against the
surface of a vehicle. This precise movement and pressure is the key for
the best wash quality. |

| The side brush slants about 5 degree against the side of a vehicle for
better coverage. |
The lower edge of a vehicle is covered by the
rocker brush which slants 8 degree inwordly. |
Around the ceter of each front and rear bumper is washed eleborately by
the side brush. |
The difficult part to wash around the edge of a vehicle is also carefully
washed. |

| The side blower nozzle is slanted about 3 degree inwordly to improve the
drying effect. |

The blower is powerful 2.8kw fan and motor. This blower is designed to
lower the noise level. |

「Under chassis wash system」 （Independently operated）
This under chassis wash system is independently operated from car wash
machine. This system is palced at the entrance of the car wash and spray
high pressure water from 6 nozzles against under body of a vehicle. |

「Tire cleaner」
A newly developed wheel wash system catches the right position of all the wheels precisely and clean the wheels without missing. |
 |
「Side safety switch system」
To prevent accident while operating car wash, a side safety switch can
be installed at the edge of the car wash. The car wash stops immediately
when this switch is actuated. |
